Agentic Augments provides implementation of AI systems, automation workflows, and related technical advisory services for companies.

Agentic Advisor (chat) is for qualification guidance and does not replace a binding proposal or contract.

2. Proposal and scope

Each engagement is governed by a separate proposal defining scope, deliverables, timeline, and commercial terms.

3. Hosting and maintenance

Hosting and maintenance are optional add-ons. Clients may choose self-hosting or purchase managed operations and maintenance separately.

4. Responsibilities

Both parties are responsible for ensuring required access, data, and decision paths are available during the project to enable delivery according to agreement.

5. Intellectual property

Rights and usage terms for code, documentation, and delivered solutions are specified in the relevant proposal and contract.
