If you use the Agentic Advisor chat, we also process chat content, inferred needs, and technical metadata such as referral source (UTM/referrer) to follow up on your request.

We use this information to respond to requests, recommend next steps, and prepare implementation quotes for AI systems and automation workflows.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on legitimate interest and, where required, on contractual necessity or steps requested before entering into a contract.

4. Retention

Data is stored only as long as needed for contact, quoting, and follow-up, or as required by law.

Chat drafts may also be saved locally in your browser so you can continue later.

5. Data sharing

Data is not shared with third parties beyond necessary sub-processors for email and infrastructure, with appropriate safeguards in place.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting Agentic Augments.

You can also request deletion of saved Agentic Advisor chat transcripts by including your email address and approximate chat time.
